The Declaration of Acceptance (DoA) is a key part of the EUREKA clusters processes for supporting projects. Each Cluster has a specific DoA according to its own legal structures and operating practices but they all have essentially the same purpose.
By signing a Declaration of Acceptance all organisations participating in a proposal confirm that they firmly intend to participate in the specified project, that they understand the roles and responsibilities of being in such a EUREKA Clusters Project and that they will pay the project administration fees due related to such a participation. Accordingly, please ensure that all partners in your project complete the DoA associated with the Lead Cluster that you have chosen to support your project.
The completed DoA forms (i.e. one signed by each participant in your proposal) should be submitted in electronic form with the proposal via the EUREKA CLUSTERS AI Submission portal. Missing DoA forms could impact the assessment of the proposal.
